Assess
Once you have contacted us, we will carry out a review of publicly available information about your business. Then we will get together for a chat to gain a deeper understanding of where your business is and your ambitions.
We will look to expand on this by drilling down on some specific items, e.g. how your business operates, the organisation structure, the key people, your products, services, industry, markets, value proposition, competitive advantage, and potential scalability. It is also useful to carry out a financial health check of your business.
A key part of this chat is to find out about each other and our businesses, it is important that we like, respect, and trust each other.
If we decide to work together then we will spend some time with your teams and add this learning to the information gained at the initial meeting to identifying where a Cubera Solutions Finance Director can add value to your business.

Plan
Once we have a list of possible improvements, we will priorities that list and create detailed action plans covering the issue, possible transition requirements, effects of the change and how the business will be positively affected once in place
No action plan will be implemented, however small, without senior management approval.
Implementation
After approval a Finance Director will be made available to you from a specific date. They will agree deadline for the implementation and set up a formal review and communication process, so the staff and management are kept abreast of all progress.
The Finance Director will be made available to you as appropriate to the level of commitment required whether this is on site or remotely and commit all the time that is needed for successful implementation of the change.
Like all members of your management team, they will always be available by phone, email and mobile video conference.
