Cubera Solutions is the brainchild of Jonathan Hudson. Jon has built up a wealth of experience throughout his career working in a variety of business sectors.

Working in different sizes of businesses from small and private equity back companies (£3 million turnover) through to multi-national groups (£300+ million turnover). International exposure gained operating in USA, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Australia.
Jon’s passion is to help businesses grow and maximise business value to the owners, director, managers, employees, and all stakeholders.
Jon’s SME exposure has taught him that a business faces challenges as they gear up for growth. He has experience in leading managers to shift their focus from day-to-day issues to finding long term solutions, installing new systems, processes, procedures, and controls to give all levels of management confidence the business is moving in the right direction, working with the directors and owners to optimise the organisations structure for growth maximisation.
Cubera Solutions’ aim is to build long term relationships with clients and to provide Finance Director services that are tailored specifically to your business requirements. We will be there at your side for as much (or as little) and for as long as you need us, be it for long term Finance Director services or short-term projects.
